Drivers license and insurance card will be collected via email.
You will be greeted by your salesperson at the entrance of the dealership. The disinfected vehicle you are interested in will be there ready for you to test drive.
Test Drives
Your salesperson will set up your Bluetooth via instruction outside of the car. Then the salesperson will be in a lead car while talking with you on Bluetooth to answer any questions you may have.
Upon return, a sales manager will meet you to disinfect the vehicle.
You can send a 30-60 second walk around video of the trade in, including body panels, miles, VIN number and tire condition. This should also include a few photos of the vehicle, along with any items that may need attention.
You will receive a quote in email with the pricing with additional requested products.
Your finance manager will request all of the required documentation and send a link to a credit application.
The vehicle will be cleaned and sanitized before arrival. The salesperson will do a walk around of the vehicle with you, at a safe distance. From outside the open passenger door, your salesperson will talk through the features, pair your phone, save settings and answer any questions.
If you are having home delivery, you have the option to do a video conference. The salesperson will give you the same directions while sitting in a similar vehicle.
