They are very easy to work with and are addressing my concerns. If I could I would give 100/100 stars. Super shout out to the service department and GM. The service manager stayed late to get my wife a loner and the GM personally came out and picked my wife up when we were having issue with our car. No BS these team is legit!!
Tim Royle took great care of us when we got there. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment though. They said they were backed up that far so had to drive truck with little heat when we needed it.
I worked with Jesse and could ask for a better sales person! He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need I came in asking to get out of a car I was negative in and he got right to the point and met my request on a payment and left with a car
My brothers experience went from really good to poop once AJ left this dealership. My brother had a rental for many months as this dealership sold him a lemon truck but was remembered for only part of his tassels and loss of time. At least they made my brother partly whole for these issues.

EXCELLENT- Nick Kiage is always extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain in detail what the issues are, and is very patient and thorough in reviewing diagnostics. I drive 40 minutes south because I trust Nick to take care of me and my vehicles. I have a local dealer 2 minutes away but taking care of business at CRCDJR makes perfect sense and is worth the drive.

They were very busy and my car was not working at all. They told me how to get a free tow and they would get to it as soon as they can. It took a few days but they got to it way faster than expected.

After checking out one vehicle, we decided that was the one for us. The whole transaction took way less time than we anticipated. We will be returning when we need another vehicle!

Just had my jeep grand Cherokee in for repairs for the front seat belts not retracting. Natasha Kezar the service advisor and Andre Jauernigg the service technician were excellent in communications and the repairs They did were done correctly and in a very timely manner with excellent communication throughout the whole process. Phenomenal experience with the entire staff I came into contact with. Ken (sales guy) was great! Answered all questions and very personable. Finance guy was super chill, down to earth (Packers fan though), and made the process super quick and simple. The GM, Dan, even came out to say hi before I drove away in my new ride.

Brought my 2019 Dodge RAM Limited in for a safety recall (ABS system) and a couple other minor repairs. The SERVICE STAFF were GREAT! John Moore (in Service) took extra great care and communicated very well during the entire process. He (and Austin in PARTS) even handled walking me through the ordering of a tank heater for my pickup. FIVE 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 STAR in taking good care of my needs. GOOD WORK GENTS!!!

I got a brand new vehicle here, and after a month, the battery was completely dead. Obviously this is not an issue the dealer could have prevented. We called in the evening about 30 minutes before close, amd a week before Christmas, and they got us lined up the next day to have the vehicle towed and a rental vehicle lined up (and the rental was not a small car when I was having our 7-passenger family vehicle brought in).
I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I called to ask some questions about some vehicles I was interested in that they had on the lot. Ty was quick to answer any questions and very knowledgeable on my follow up questions. We arrived late at night (6:30 pm) and still Ty had EVERYTHING ready for us to test drive and sign! Very good service. Just routine maintenance and some minor warranty work. But they provided great service. Their phone tree was a little off-putting, but once I got to my service manager everything was great.

A really nice dealership. They all do a great job. Also, they have a nice lounge while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced! Service dept is quick and reliable. All the sales staff are friendly and ready to help when you need. I like to walk around and look at the vehicles while waiting for the service, and I’m and always acknowledged by multiple people.
