It was a rainy day that day so instead of working on my farm i could go and find a 1 ton truck which could pull my trailers better then my half ton could. Expecting to be there all day but instead just a few hours i found my new truck and paperwork was done and im driving my new truck back home. The only bad part of the whole deal was i got back home in time to do some work that needed to be done.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Morgan Frisch. She was prompt with a test drive of the Jeep Wrangler I had selected, and very knowledgeable about the model. She helped me to order accessories, and made the process of purchasing a vehicle effortless. All of the staff I encountered did an excellent job! I worked with Miss Morgan Frisch a Sales Representative on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Morgan was wonderful to work with during the entire process. She listened to the options and color of vehicle that I was interested in. She located and had a vehicle brought up for a test drive. She even anticipated that I'd want to look at another color, which was brought up off-site storage. Everything went smoothly though out there entire process. Really enjoyed working with Morgan cheerful and was genuinely happy for us on the purchase of the new Jeep.

The sales process was fairly smooth but it has been near impossible to get ahold of service or our salesperson regarding follow-up questions and parts & service related needs. 4 calls, 4 voicemails, 1 email and zero responses. Update: I spoke with the GM while visiting the dealership and provided my feedback, which was then communicated to the appropriate teams. I was also able to get one of my service-related questions answered while in person, which could have easily been done over the phone.

I purchased my truck new from them in Jan 2020 and they were thousands less than other dealers. Their communication was impeccable and they didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t want. It was the best vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. They also gave me thousands more for my trade in than some of the other stealerships were offering me.

I chose this dealership despite it being twice as far, due to the closer Jeep dealership ignoring me for over 30 mins. This dealership had Ty, who was communicative, down to Earth and genuinely wanted my business- which was nice. Ty (Tyrelle Williams) was also knowledgeable and went above and beyond in my experience in purchasing my new Jeep. Everyone working there was actually great. I highly recommend this dealership!
The service people were great! Due to a glitch with the old oil filter, it took about an hour longer than expected. When I checked on the delay, the issue was explained and I was not charged for the work. I understand things happen but would have appreciated being updated earlier! (I also appreciated the kind employee who shared a charger for my e-book so I could continue reading as I waited!)
