Great customer service.
Giving 2 stars because at least they were polite. 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Charged $36.99 for labor to add fuel cleaner to the gas tank, $37.95 for tire rotation. Then told me I needed to change the cabin air filter for $125, and change the differential fluids for another $600. I know maintenance costs money, but this dealership is borderline robbery with time and charges.
Great to work with. They communicate clearly as to what needs to be done and complete the work in a timely manner.

I have had some minor issues with the service department but it was nothing that could not solve.
I worked with Brian. I did almost my entire deal over the phone. Brian, and the finance team, made everything super easy. I’d did my credit app ahead of time, and when I went in all I needed to do was test drive and sign. I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall, great experience.

Worked with Ken to find a used vehicle. He was kind, knowledgeable, and nonjudgemtal of my roommates buying circumstances. He treated him with unconditional regard. Ken is funny, thoughtful and made the whole experience much less stressful. Car buying can sometimes feel pressured, but Ken doesn't approach it that way. I will only be buying cars in the future from Ken, no matter what dealership he's at.

I’ve had a number of issues with my 2024 Jeep Wagoneer, and throughout the entire process Jared has been incredibly responsive, compassionate, and easy to work with. He genuinely cares about his customers and always make sure I’m taken care of. It took a week to get my car back- there was no major repairs, just a number of minor repairs. The staff could of kept me more up to date on the status. Never did hear why it was taking soo long, other than the technician was out.
Very helpful and caring in every aspect.
I've had my jeep for just over 8 years and I always get it serviced here. The prices are comparable with other service shops and I've never been let down by the quality of service received.

Unable to get an appointment for ~7 days. Not so great on 400 mile truck.
Received email and txt reminder messages that I had a scheduled appointment Thursday at 1:30. Fantastic!
At 1:30, I was asked to leave my truck behind as it might be 2-3 days before a tech can examine the shock and replace it. Baffling....
