The service staff goes above and beyond with their guidance and suggestions. Jared listens and follows through with service on our vehicles. While I am waiting for my vehicle, I am greeted by numerous staff. I'm updated about my vehicle through texting and in person. The waiting room and bathrooms are clean. Even though when I dropped my car off to be worked on I dealt with two people who didn’t acknowledge that I was standing right in front of them, it is always a pleasure working with Jeff in the service area. Took my car in to have the brakes and rotors replaced. Everything went great and I was kept apprised of the process as the day progressed. Very pleased with the work and customer service. I have had a great experience with Ryan and Jawahn the first time buying a truck, I came back for a second truck from them. They are truly great at what they do. Although the second truck has had a little issue they are getting it fixed for me. I would recommend them if you want a positive and fun experience.
Victoria was great. Everything was done well. The technician sent me a video of the inspection and noted that there were not any concerns.
I just bought my vehicle a couple months ago, so it was my first time bringing it in for an oil change and check before a big vaca. The staff were very nice and helpful, the drop off area and check in process was easy. I waited any they have an amazing waiting area with tons of seating, lots of different chairs, stools, free water and coffee, vending machines and lots of charging ports. Great customer service.
Giving 2 stars because at least they were polite. 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Charged $36.99 for labor to add fuel cleaner to the gas tank, $37.95 for tire rotation. Then told me I needed to change the cabin air filter for $125, and change the differential fluids for another $600. I know maintenance costs money, but this dealership is borderline robbery with time and charges.

I have had some minor issues with the service department but it was nothing that could not solve.
I worked with Brian. I did almost my entire deal over the phone. Brian, and the finance team, made everything super easy. I’d did my credit app ahead of time, and when I went in all I needed to do was test drive and sign. I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall, great experience.

Worked with Ken to find a used vehicle. He was kind, knowledgeable, and nonjudgemtal of my roommates buying circumstances. He treated him with unconditional regard. Ken is funny, thoughtful and made the whole experience much less stressful. Car buying can sometimes feel pressured, but Ken doesn't approach it that way. I will only be buying cars in the future from Ken, no matter what dealership he's at.
